We collect and process your personal data, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a professional relationship with you, in order to register your contact details in our database, send our newsletter, and as the case may be, register you for our events. Your data is obtained directly from you with the exception of data relating to your interactions with our e-mails obtained through our e-mail service provider. They are processed in accordance with French legislation (Data Protection Act n°78-17) and European legislation (General Data Protection Regulation n°2016-679).

They are kept for the time necessary for the above-mentioned purposes, i.e. for two years from the last contact you made. Your data is not communicated to third parties with the exception of our technical service providers and event organiser based in Europe and our e-mailing service provider, which is based in the United States and is certified Privacy Shield, which guarantees a high level of data protection considered adequate by the European Commission.

You are granted the right of access, rectification and suppression of your personal data, the right to object or to limit the processing of your personal data, the right to the transfer of your personal data and the right to develop guidelines related to the process of your personal data after your death.
