Xavier Guérin

Xavier advises entrepreneurs and families on all their wealth tax issues, especially in a cross-border context.

He is particularly recognised for its expertise in the following areas:

• Assistance of Entrepreneurs and Managers within the context of their transfer of residence outside of France or back to France
• Assistance of Family Businesses and Entrepreneurs in the structuring and transmission (sale / gift) of their assets in a domestic and international context (pre-transfer reorganization before the sale of a company, multi-jurisdictional estate strategies)

• Franco-Italian and Franco-USA wealth management strategies.

Xavier has been promoted as Counsel in 2021 and Partner in 2024.

He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015. Xavier is a lecturer in the Master 2 in Business Law (214).

Xavier graduated from a Master’s Degree in Law and Tax Engineering from the Lyon III Jean Moulin University and a Advance Master’s Degree in Law and International Management from the business school ESCP Europe.
