Thibaut Walton is a lawyer at Arkwood SCP since 2024.
He provides legal counsel and assistance to entrepreneurs and private clients, both French and foreign, in national and international contexts. His focus areas include wealth management, trust matters, and transfer of tax residency, in addition to resolving corporate tax issues for both French and foreign entities.
Before joining Arkwood SCP, Thibaut Walton gained valuable experience in international taxation through internships at leading Anglo-Saxon law firms.
He holds a Master’s in International Taxation (Paris II Panthéon-Assas, in partnership with HEC) and a Master’s in Finance & Strategy (Sciences Po Paris).
