Maxime joined ARKWOOD as an associate in august 2024.
He regularly advises French and foreign private clients in a national and international context. He is particularly involved in estate planning issues, real estate investment matters, and assisting entrepreneurs with the structuring and transfer of their business assets.
He previously practiced in the wealth tax department of Charles Russell Speechlys.
Maxime graduated from the « Master II Droit et fiscalité de l’entreprise » (Université Clermont Auvergne).
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2022.
