Béatrix brings her extensive experience to the service of private clients whom she supports :
- in their relations with the french tax administration : control and litigation related to wealth taxation (real estate wealth tax (IFI in french), registration fees – transfers for valuable consideration and gratuitous transfers, income tax, tax abuse of rights procedure), and
- on the legal and tax aspects of structuring, management, and transfer of their assets (particularly in matters of property dismembrement and the Dutreil pact).
Béatrix worked for over 16 years at the national technical tax department of FIDAL, where she was a partner and participated in the development of the firm’s doctrine, the handling of tax litigation in wealth taxation, and the training of operational lawyers. She began her professional career as a legal consultant at CRIDON Bordeaux-Toulouse, serving Notaries, where she specialized notably in the legal aspects of family companies, and practiced as a notary assistant.
After teaching tax law at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), Béatrix conducts training sessions and conferences on French taxation and is responsible for co-directing the “Elements of Wealth” column in the IP journal of JFA editions. She also collaborates with LexisNexis editions.
She is a member of the Wealth Taxation Commission of the IACF (Institute of Tax Advisors Lawyers).
Béatrix was sworn in 2010.
