Xavier Guérin is promoted as Counsel!
The law firm is delighted to announce that Xavier Guérin is promoted as Counsel.
Xavier is part of the Team since the creation of Arkwood in 2015.
He advises entrepreneurs and families on all their wealth tax issues, especially in a cross-border context.
He is particularly recognised for its expertise in the following areas:
- Assistance of Family Businesses and Entrepreneurs in the structuring, development and transmission of their professional assets in a domestic and international context;
- Estate planning, in particular in a context of transfer of residence and international mobility of families: Pactes Dutreil, multi-jurisdictional inheritance strategies…
- Assistance of Managers-Employees in the structuring and treatment of their remuneration package upon arrival in France or in the event of settlement / allocation as a tax resident of France.
Xavier has developed a particular expertise with respect to the wealth strategies to be implemented between France and Italy.
