Arnaud Tailfer is promoted as Counsel!
The law firm is delighted to announce that Arnaud Tailfer is promoted as Counsel in charge of the pre-litigation and litigation practice.
Arnaud joined Arkwood a year ago in order to strengthen this practice with the private clients and the financial institutions of the Private Banking.
Since then he provided his assistance very successfully on the strategic files of the law firm and largely demonstrated the quality of his expertise and technical skills.
Arnaud brings his know-how to the clients of the firm during tax audits and litigations. He also identifies the risks at stake upstream, in particular in crossborder structuring.
This appointment follows the expansion of the litigation practice within the law firm.
